now that blogs are said to be dying i just had to start my own one...
in this virginity of the first post lies the beauty of everything and nothing, denying each other nevertheless coexistent, a given gift only to be taken once...

bitterballen are safe in the swiss national vault, right next to the nazi gold.
so you will have to be satisfied with the germ(an)knödels, or maybe i will render hommage to the highest of them high schwabenländler and worship the one and only delicious, savoury, palatable and sapid kässpätzle-god to cook the enlightenment only for you unillumined dutch guys...
that would be worth it, oh yes!
